1. For 2008, vacant homes that were on the market, taken off the market, staged, relisted and sold:
   190 DOM (Un-staged) vs. 28 days DOM (staged, relisted, sold)
2. For 2008, the occupied homes on the market, taken off the market, staged, relisted and sold:
   57 DOM (Un-staged) vs. 6 DOM (staged, relisted, sold)
3. For 2008, staged homes NOT previously on the market:
   Occupied staged homes 24 DOM
   Vacant staged homes 33 DOM
